John D. Burns Award

Purpose - To recognize individuals from Western New York for their continuous dedication, loyalty, commitment, longevity, contributions and service to high school football.

Selection - Nominations will be taken from members of the Western New York Certified Football Officials.  Selection shall be made by the Awards Committee.

The award (plaque) will be presented at the annual banquet by an individual to be determined by the Awards Committee.

Richard E. Leous Service Award

Purpose – To recognize Chapter members for their continuous exemplary service to the Chapter and Western New York football.

Criteria – Chapter member for a minimum of ten years or an Honorary Life member

Selection – Nominations will be made by members of the Executive Committee.
Selection shall be made by a committee appointed annually by the President

The award (plaque) will be presented at the annual banquet by the Past President or President.
