At our executive
committee on April 7, 2009 the following motion was approved
by our Chapter:
"That the WNYCFO conditioning program for 2009 will be
required for all members and will be conducted at the
following times:
1. Prior (1/2
hour) to the start of our meeting @ Boces - 8/18
2. Prior to the start of the
Associates' Clinic @ Lancaster H.S. - 8/22
3. Prior (1/2 hour) to the start
of our meeting (Part II Exam) @ Boces - 8/25
4.
The Secretary - Treasurer is instructed to file this
information with the NY State Association of Certified
Football Officials"
The approved supervised workout follows:
Field Workout:
*Stretch as necessary
*10 minute warm-up (Walk, jog or run)
*10 reps - 50 yards. On the field at the goal line, sprint to
the 20 at 1/3 or 2/3 speed, jog to the 30 and walk to
mid-field.
Turn around and repeat until 10
reps are completed.
*Walk the perimeter of the field
*Repeat steps 3 and 4 until you have a total of 30 sprints
complete. (1 sprint = 50 yards)
*10 minute cool down. Walk
